My pics are out of order but Saturday night we had "Christmas" (yep, last and final Christmas celebration) with my younger half-brother who lives in Bamberg! He is 16 and drove up (for the first time) to spend the weekend with us. Usually we have to meet him in Cola so this was a huge deal. I can not believe how grown he is and he'll be 17 in March. My in laws kept Cade while me, Chad, Court, Mack and Will went out to dinner, exchanged presents and went bowling - something we haven't done in forever but I've still got my touch. Beat Chad not once, but twice! Oh yes.
I've worked several Saturdays in a row so it was nice to have a lazy Saturday for a change. When Cade woke up after Chad left for work, I brought him into my bed to watch cartoons and cuddle. The absolute best. Uncle Will finally woke up too and we spent the day doing laundry and watching movies! Something I never do! (well, the watching movies all day part)
A lot of the weekend was spent ordering items and planning his first birthday party!
There's so much to do and it really snuck up on me being just a few weeks after Christmas and considering that we still just had Christmas celebrations with our brother this weekend and our decorations are still up. Crazy.
Then I took Cade Uptown to snap a few pics for his birthday party invites and just to have!

ReplyDeleteHey girl, I got that little grey blazer from Gap this time last year on clearance for $7 bucks! Shirt is from Childrens Place I think and jeans on sale from Old Navy. All good deals, then I just threw it all together :)
