Someone reminded me that we only have twelve Summers left with our oldest before they're off to college. TWELVE. That's going to fly by and the older they get, the more I'm consciously aware of making that time count.
It's not fancy trips or expensive outings...but just being PRESENT (and getting outdoors!).
Time spent together making memories that they'll hopefully never forget. And if they do, then I'll quickly remind them about the Sunday afternoon Charlie spent hours playing with water bottles, pouring water back and forth in the live well of the pontoon.

Here's to wrapping up another fun Summer and now on to pumpkins, hay rides, and apple pickin'! First day of Fall begins this Saturday. Now if only we could get some cooler temps!???
