Spent the weekend at an awesome lakehouse on Lake Hartwell in Gumlog, GA! Ever heard of it? Mmmmm, yeah me either. It's near Lavonia. Only about 45-50 minute drive from our home and the other gals drove from Greenville. There were eight of us. Some married, some single, some mamas. All of us needing to take 48 hours to catch up, meet new friends, soak up some sun and CELEBRATE!
Celebrate what, you ask? This badA chick in the captain hat. I've known her for twenty years now aaaaand we've been friends for twenty years now. Partner in crime, ride or die. Besties for life!
It's her birthday today (HAPPY BDAY BETH!) and we had the best weekend celebrating!!!
We cooked meals (and ate...a lot), played Cards Against Humanity when the rain came in, sat out on the dock for hours having girl talk and for the couple hours of sunlight on Saturday we floated around on the cutest floats...
ok, but for real...we did have REAL ones! HA

These are the only pics I took, which are usually the best weekends because we put the phones up ... didn't bother to slap on any makeup, throwed on our t-shirts...and we. just. chilled.
