I've been waiting on this chick to bloom for a while now! We forgot we planted these bulbs last year and it was a nice surprise to see it sprouting back up in our landscaping closest to our garage. My favorite color too!

Lots of Easter week fun this past week! First up, we dyed Easter eggs on Thursday when I had the day off. Charlie wasn't too into it, but Cade loved it of course. He did so good, we're even using them as part of our Easter table decor this year :)
and our Cade also had his second (and last) Easter egg hunt at preschool!

SO many fun (bright!) new styles at Sugar this past week. Our nine year celebration was a success and now we've moved on to celebrating our store manager, Kayla's birthday this weekend!

We just got yet another rug from Rugs USA for our living room (#lifewithboys) and I reaaaally really love it. Finally, one that will somewhat mask and hide toddler spills! HA. Here's a sneak peek. More pics coming soon!

Two words: Halo Top. Now this was one bandwagon I wanted to jump on. Had to try it and yes, it really is all it's cracked up to be. I am a chocolate chip cookie dough-aholic and it's my go-to flav. To have a whole pint for 360 calories? Yes, please. I've still been trying to do the whole "low carb/more protein" diet/lifestyle so this fits in juuuust perfectly. (not to mention, hello gorgeous packaging. As an ad major, yep...sucker for it). A nice sweet treat, for sure! Try it!
