I forgot to mention one BIG part of 2014...

 and the BIGGEST SURPRISE of 2014...

...the part where this little nugget will soon become a BIG BROTHER!!!

Um, yeah.

We've been keeping a wee little secret.

If you had told me earlier this year that I would be building a house, moving a house, raising a toddler, running a store, and PREGNANT...I would have told you that you were crazy. 

Yet, here we are! Baby McClain #2 is expected to arrive July 8th.

Oh and we are finding out if Baby McClain is a "he or she" a week from today on my 31st birthday!!!

After the initial shock wore off (well I mean, there's still some shock here if we are being honest *hand raised*) we are just both extremely excited and most of all, beyond grateful. Getting pregnant with Cade didn't come easy, we had a miscarriage before that, and so to think that God could just magically make this one happen in an instant. Wait, without us even knowing? Really? It's mind blowing. 

We finished telling all of our extended family the news at Christmas, then sent these cards to several friends out of town for New Years. Chad wanted to surprise everyone through the good ol' USPS. Yep, that's my mail man.

Though we try to make our own plans over and over, God is quick to laugh and prove to us that HIS timing is always perfect. Thankful His plans are far greater than my own.
