until someone jumps off a pirate ship.
Second stop was Freeport, Bahamas. This day we really had nothing planned and no idea what we would do. We just headed to the beach and behold we met a Bohemian named Neil. Little did we know he would become our best friend. haha
Neil was on the beach at Our Lucaya Reef Village resort (remember that, if you are there and want to find him) and he takes tourists out on his boat and gives banana boat rides also. We were skeptical at first, but he took us around Millionaire Row and to see one of the ships from Pirates of the Carribean...well, supposively. Court was brave enough to jump in to the jellyfish infested waters. {mom, Chad, and I were too scared!} Then we saw dolphins, rode the banana boat, and hey it was a fun time. Especially for a great price. Neil was super nice and if you are looking for just a quick hour tour with a local while in Freeport, go find Neil!
"look ma, no hands"
Anyone have any other tips for those traveling to Freeport or Nassau?
Aww! That looks like a blast. I need to find Neil if I am lucky enough to make it to the Bahamas in the near future!
