Perfect Birthday...

I had the perfect birthday last Thursday. Granted, I worked for nearly 10 hours since we had an event at my store...but at this time in my life, I wouldn't have had it any other way. It was a successful day filled with great customers, family and friends. After work, I came home to my wonderful husband who had cooked my favorite meal and surprised me with a few presents . It was a great way to start my 26th year!

Sugar, Blossom, and The Frilly Frog hosted an event to kick off our huge fall/winter sales. 

Thanks to everyone who came out! We had such a fun time!

me and Kelly, who helps me at Sugar. We were born 3 days apart and in the hospital at the same time. Our moms were friends, and 26 years later we are still great friends and always celebrate our birthday together!

Here's what awaited me when I finally got home at 7:30: filet with blue cheese crumbles & salmon on a cedar plank

If he didn't work for the USPS ladies and gentleman, he would be a chef!

no need to buy me cake, he knows the key to my heart is Mrs. Edward's turtle pie!

Ha, can you tell I LOVE food? Afterwards, I was excited about the 2 hour cross over event with Greys Anatomy & Private Practice, so had lots of time to relax that evening. Thanks everyone for coming to Sugar and making it such a great day! I loved all my presents too and feel very blessed to have such an awesome husband, friends, and family! Here's to an exciting year ahead...
