I did so good with blogging one week, then the next week I'm ghostin. Just how Summer goes around here! So Father's Day weekend has always been tough and this year was no different but we really did have a great weekend from seeing family that visited from Boone to being out on the lake with friends. Definitely much needed!
It kicked off with a busy Friday and Chad's Aunt + cousins from Boone coming to visit (and coming to shop...) Brianne has three girls so you know I love hooking them up with aaaaall the matching Lilly ;)

the next day I helped my sis decorate more for VBS (more on that later...) and then I kept her two while they went to a quick wedding in North Augusta. Love baby snuggles from Skip...

we pulled back out old halloween costumes since the VBS theme was "ROAR" and all things safari and wild. Gosh, they LOVED dressing up. This is why I save every single Halloween costume...
then ya know, water outside and Cade/Charlie acting crazy...
while Macy woke up from a nap and snuggled with Uncle Chad...
Sunday , Father's Day started with last minute VBS decorating before church then lunch at Mimi + Papa's and then we headed to the lake...
the big boys had a blast tubing...
and Charlie thought it was all just a tad bit exhausting :)
next up...VBS week!
