and let's not even get started on the adorable new Lilly Pulitzer that is flooding in the store every single week. I love the latest Spring Break capsule and this Getaway Coverup in Toucan Green . I know people think $118 for a coverup (!!??) but I seriously wore mine on the beach then some days I wore it over white skinny jeans as a tunic when I had a similar style a few years ago. Very versatile and I loved loved loved the shape and fit.

Tried this new recipe this week and I will definitely be making this one for a crowd when we go on vacation/to the beach this Summer! Try it. I was nervous about all the spices, but had almost everything in my pantry already. Really easy and it was so good. We had it with mexican rice, black beans, all the trimmings. Delish!

We were going to have a family fun day tomorrow and buy some new trees for landscaping and get Spring flowers, but now we're definitely going to hold up since it's going to dip down into the 20s next week!!!! Seriously? 26 degrees? In March? Make up your mind weather. Sheesh.

I love this pic found on Pinterest because it gives me hope that I could bring a little bit of a tropical/beachy to our backyard just with a few adirondack chairs and string lights. May have to recreate this...

Still excited about a fun day with all my boys tomorrow. Hopefully we can do brunch, get them all haircuts (Chad included) and then a trip to Lowe's.
