week {or so} rewind

**realized I never published this post a few weeks ago so oops...

I felt like last week was sort of the official first week of Summer! We have a {small} "Summer Bucket List" we created with everything from going to see "Finding Dory" to having lunch at the new Cheesecake Factory in Greenville with Auntie Bef. 

One bucket list must was checking out the NEW splash pad and farmers market in Uptown Greenwood + SC Festival of Flowers topiaries all around town.

We grabbed cousin Carter (Cade's best buddy) to come along for the ride and they really had a fun day! 

They loved the splash pad, but said it was a little too cold. ha they didn't play in it long...

Charlie just liked to "people watch"

after the splash pad and snagging fresh peaches @ the Farmers Market, we went to MillHouse for yummy fresh mozzarella + bacon pizza (my fav combo) and stopped by Sugar before leaving town!

Speaking of flowers, I am AMAZED at how some of ours have taken off. A few deer had a hayday with our knock out roses {*cue eye roll*} but they didn't mess with these lovelies on our deck...

Sunday Charlie wore a 33 year old jon jon that was his daddy's! The sweetest thing. Except NOT the sweetest thing is that he is trying to escape the house...we are in for it.

We went to church, came home and played in the AC (we had braved the 95+ heat the day before at the pool) and Cade was so tired he fell asleep with a PopTart in his mouth. I have neh-vah.

This has been an exciting week at Sugar as we have just received our Lilly Pulitzer agendas to get us ready for the new school year and 2017.
