What am I loving on this Wednesday?

For starters, snuggling with this little love muffin. Last Friday night he laid on the couch with me and would just put his arms around my neck and squeeze so tight. He gives the best hugs. Then when he looks at me and says "Mama you my buddy!", my heart melts into a big ol' puddle. He is definitely at the age where temper tantrums happen on the fly, he can hardly sit still, and my nerves wear thin some days. However, most of the time he is sweet as sugar and my heart explodes with joy and love from this little boy. Sometimes it's the simplest moments that mean the most.

Lately I've been dreaming of dark floors, white slipcovered furniture, and bold black french doors.

The white slipcovered furniture isn't going to happen anytime soon since we're using our same ol' sectional in the new house (to begin with), but when finalizing our house plan we did opt for a set of french doors and lots of windows in the living room instead of a the proposed fireplace. Totally digging this look...

I pinned this precious photo a few days ago. Be still my heart. Sibling photos are the sweetest and we're constantly asked when we are having Cade a sibling. Chad says he can't even think about it right now, but God willing I hope and pray that one day we will be blessed with another little one and I know Cade will be a great big brother. It's all about God's perfect timing, not ours. Not going to lie... holding a lot of precious babies these past few weekends may or may not have given me the slightest bit of baby fever. Aaah, there's just nothing like it!

This post is totally random, yes, but skipping around a bit - I'm also loving Eric Church's new album, The Outsiders. He's one of my all time favs, I've seen him three times in concert already and just purchased tickets to see him later this year. Can. not. wait. Go download it today, you won't regret. I've also been loving Coldplay's new album and have Magic on repeat too. Ready for the beach and listening to some Summer jams.
