:: perfect weekend ::

Playing catch up with this post and a recap of our weekend. Let's go back to last Thursday when Sugar participated in PHG Girls Night Out. Here's our models all dolled up and ready to showcase new Fall styles!

Speaking of fashion, I definitely rocked out a little neon on Friday. I scored these cute flats on sale at Blossom recently and was itching to wear them.

When I told Chad I ordered a tank for the store with a deer head on it, he straight up didn't believe me. I had to send him a pic. He still doesn't believe (or understand) this new fashion trend, but ohhhhh friends it is definitely a trend you're going to see more and more of this Fall! Fashion is fashion.

On Saturday, we left around 11am to head to Cola for our first Carolina game of the year!!! I haven't been to a game since I was 20 weeks prego with Cade two years ago, so trust me...it had been entirely too long. I think everyone has days where they miss college so much, and during football season I miss my friends and those memories even more. I was soooooo excited to be back, even if just for a day!!

Even more excited that I got my man to wear garnet, even though he said this was the only pic of the day AND strategically covered the Gamecock emblem. HA! I, on the other hand, spent all week dressing everyone for the game and forgot to pick out something cute for myself. Typical Sandi to try on the dress "I thought I could wear" the night before only to realize it didn't fit. So, ya know you just throw on something and go. Reason #18948934 to have plenty of "LBD's" in the closet - especially if you're a Carolina fan!

We tailgated with his parents, sister Monica and brother in law Wayne, then me and Monica went to a tailgate shower that my sister and several friends were hosting. What a fun idea! 

Taylor and Chris will wed in February and I've gotten to know Taylor over the past few years, since they've both been great friends with Courtney and Mack!

During the game when I managed to snag one more pic. Please note the free fan he's holding AND yes once again, his favorite hat ever that he wears all. the. time. MEN! Gotta love em.

After the game we met up with a few more friends Sweetbef and the crew. Wish we had even more hours in the day to hang out with everyone, but trust me it was a LONG day. We didn't get home until 3am and this mama was itching to pick up her baby from Grami's this morning. We spent all day together snuggling and cleaning house. We let up a few windows and Cade quickly made a new friend...our neighbor's dog who came over, hopped up on a chair on the deck and began to "chat with Cade". Never a dull moment around here.

It was the perfect day. The perfect weekend. Now Monday has come too soon.
