Last weekend we attended a fun rehearsal dinner and another fun Summer wedding for friends John Thomas & Emily. I reached way back in my closet and pulled out this amazing Milly dress I snagged on major sale at C. Orrico while in West Palm Beach last year. Paired it with new Rowen nude heels on sale at Blossom Shoes & Such, and a gold Target clutch.

Chad's cousin {left} and sister {to my right} both wore precious Lilly dresses from Sugar, of course.

They looked fabulous!

We had a great time but Chad and I left the reception a little early since we still had packing to do for the beach. I wish I had taken more pics. It was a super sweet ceremony and fun reception.

Mary Kay Lash Love Mascara

I have been a Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara fan for years now. It's hands down THE best mascara on the planet. Well, so I thought. Mary Kay recently came out with the new Lash Love and it. is. fabulous. Seriously. I went to Sephora few weeks ago and got the small version of Benefit's They're Real mascara just because I had heard so many raving about it. Well, honestly Lash Love puts Benefit's to shame. All you need it one coat. Of course I continue to layer and layer it on, but you really do not need much. It works wonders. My sis-in-law sells MK, so if you need any let me know!

I picked up my first Garden & Gun subscription at the end of last year. It was an amazing flash deal on a website (can't remember which one) for $3.99. Yes. One year for $3.99. I've enjoyed it so much. Most know I am a magazine freak and will always prefer flipping crisp pages of a paper magazine vs. reading magazines on an iPad. When I receive Garden & Gun or Southern Living in the mail, it's a happy day. They're my favorites.

NEW Summer styles have arrived at Sugar and most are less than $50 bucks. This adorable, easy to wear Paint by Number Dress is only $42. In love. Aren't the bright, bold colors great! 

The brighter, the better I say.

:: five::

As mentioned, we left for a quick beach trip on Sunday and returned yesterday. It was a great time, but we had a few hiccups along the way. Errrrrr, Urgent Care hiccups if you will. 

At least Cade began to feel better quickly after his dr. visit and finally enjoyed some time on the beach!

I'll fill you all in and have lots more beach pics coming up Monday. 

For now, it's off to enjoy the weekend (even though I'll be working tomorrow)
