Today our twin nephews are SIX.
SIX!
Excuse me? How does that happen? They were just itty bitty babies waiting to be dressed in their tiny suits for our wedding in 2008. It seems like yesterday...
Oh my word, were they not the most adorable little babies!?
Yep, that's Sweetbef entertaining them as they waited patiently for Uncle Chad to marry their new "Aunt Sanni". The twins were born March 28, 2007. Chad and I were engaged that May, so they've only known us together and along with their Uncle Chad, they have had MY heart ever since!

We have had THE BEST time watching them grow up for the past six years. This is typically how it went before we had two more boys (Carter, their brother, now Cade, their cousin). Handful. Now being a parent, I absolutely have no clue how Monica & Wayne did it with TWO. Omg. Props to all of you parents of multiples. For real.
They certainly gave Chad and I a "good taste" of parenthood from the get go. The Lord knew what he was doing because I think he was preparing us for all boys as well :)
yes that's all THREE of us piled on top of Chad in the chair. |
I adore these pics. Arms full of pure JOY!
As mentioned before, a few years later SURPRISE! They became the best big brothers to sweet Carter
...then the best "big cousins" to sweet Cade!
The Isbell clan at Fripp this past year. Maddox is like "Oh heeeeyyyy Aunt Sanni"
Beach pics are always a fun adventure with this crew. Hilarious!
Boys will be boys and yes, funny and wild at times but oh so sweet and loving.
Seriously. It doesn't get any sweeter than this.
Now we're having a blast watching these boys grow up together and become so close.
Living only fifteen minutes apart, they will hopefully attend the same schools from K-4 nd up!
I foresee lots of tball games, football games, baseball games, etc in our future...
Again, priceless expressions. Such a trip!
HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY Maddox & Jackson!
Uncle Chad & Aunt "Sanni" love you sooo much
