We were discharged from the hospital late Saturday afternoon, February 4th since Cade was born so early in the morning on Friday. I was so ready to get home and try to get some rest. Had a wonderful hospital experience but one thing is for sure, they won't let you sleep. Yet what was I thinking, believing I'd rest at home? HA! Please.
His coming home outfit was an adorable striped Magnolia Baby convertible gown given as a gift from a friend. The monogrammed hat was from Aunt Monk and the blanket was also a gift, which I had monogrammed at The Frilly Frog. So soft and he looked absolutely precious.
So tiny. So perfect. Our sweet bundle of joy.
Time to get him in the house!
Mom and Courtney were at home to welcome us!
He doesn't look too excited about his new home...
My brother Will came to visit too! First time holding a newborn right here...
Uncle Will is the best though. He loved it!

Family and friends came and brought dinner night after night. We couldn't be more blessed with all the generous gifts and help we received. Thank you, thank you to everyone who has been so sweet the past few weeks! You don't know how much it has meant to us.
Here's Chad, his dad and Cade. Three generations of "Joshuas" and Cade's great-granddaddy was a Joshua too. We are proud to carry on that namesake.
He adjusted to his new home pretty quick and we are loving our new life
with our new little guy!
