First Baby Shower for Baby Cade

This past weekend my wonderful friends hosted a baby shower for Cade. It seemed a little early but with the crazy holiday season {especially for me at Sugar} it was perfect timing and we were SO BLESSED with such great gifts that we can now organize and get ready for our sweet boy. It was such a fun time and I can't say enough how thankful I am for my friends. They are THE BEST.

It was hosted at Devin's house in Due West, SC.

My friend Beth's mom just so happens to own a party planning company called "It's Your Party", so definitely check her out if you need a great party planned any time soon!

Gift table and the coolest thing was the "baby wishes for Cade" that everyone filled out.They put them all in a scrapbook and once home, Chad and I read them and tears were nearly rolling down my face. Some because of laughter! It's just the sweetest idea. Something we will cherish forever and always have for Cade to show him just how blessed he is to have so many wonderful people love and care for him!

So many fun gifts and yes that is the cutest balloon wreath for the hospital door.

Told you, my friends are pretty darn awesome. I was just in awe.

"Welp, don't think he's going to forget his name!"

Gotta love some monograms. I'm a bit obsessed...and luckily so are my friends & sis in law!

His "football playin/lovin' daddy" will appreciate this. Especially since when deciding his name Chad legit sounded out {in announcers voice} "...and that's another Dixie Hornet touchdown by Caaaaade McClaaaaain"

What? We're the only ones that do that? ;)

Oh. my. word did Cade get showered with SO much love and SO many awesome presents. Thankful for each and every one that came.He is one lucky little fella!

Devin {gray dress} is due with a baby girl just 8 weeks after me! Her husband and my husband have been best friends since 8th grade. They are scared to death about these two little ones now. haha Prearranged marriage?

They did such an amazing job and we are so thankful!
