I've been spending more on skincare products as I get older. Mary Kay Timewise Replenishing Serum + C - I've been using this for over a month and it is awesome!
MAKEUP
MAKEUPMary Kay Eye Primer - don't know how I ever lived without this! Great for oily skin and hot humid summer nights in the South. Makes your eye makeup stay put.
Mary Kay Mineral Makeup and Bare Minerals Makeup - depending on what coverage I want
Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara - hands down, THE best mascara out there
MAC Waterproof Eyeliner - will not come off, perfect for special occasions
MAC Eyeshadows - use these because I love the high pigmented colors , they give a dramatic look
MAC & Mary Kay lip glosses and Estee Lauder lipstick
HAIR
Vavoom Root Boost and Hairspray - this is all I'll use. It dries so quick and holds the best without being sticky!
Aussie Hair Insurance Detangler / Leave In Conditioner - have used for years, love the scent.
BioSilk Serum - only thing that will take my natural curly hair to silky straight. Have also used this for years and you can sometimes find the huge bottles of it in salons for super cheap around the Holidays. I found a huge bottle on sale at a JCPenny salon 1/2 off - cost me maybe $20 and I'm pretty sure it will last me for years. You only need a dime size amount - it goes a long way, giving you more for your $. 
Chi Limited Edition Bling Straightener - got this as a Christmas present few years ago and my sister swears the Bling edition is better than the original. I dont know what I ever did without this. seriously. 
Chi Ion Hair Dryer - birthday present this year and I love it. Dries hair faster!
