"You will have JOY and GLADNESS and many will rejoice at His birth"
-Luke 1:14
No matter the circumstances, or how bittersweet Christmas is without our dad...we know we have SO much to be thankful for and our heart overflows with JOY and GLADNESS.
Our main JOY is this wonderful woman right here, whose name just
happens to be...well...JOY!
We are blessed with a wonderful "mama" who always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great Christmas and we always do! Since I've been married, we enjoy Christmas morning at her house in our PJs.
My sister Courtney, who still lives at home when she's on break from college - even made a huge breakfast.
{Ok, I think she just cooked the cinnamon rolls and mom made all the rest, but nonetheless it was awesome}
I think she was pretty excited about these boots and bracelets...
Showing off our "traditional gift exchange" to one another...
I get a handpainted Lolita glass and she gets a Juicy charm for her charm bracelet
and Chad...well, he loves his games!
Where do the years go? 21 Christmas mornings spent together...
"A sister is a gift to the heart, a friend to the spirit, a golden thread to the meaning of life"
-Isadora James
