celebrating our independence...

We had a great 4th of July weekend! My friend Cameron came up from Columbia, Heather came from Charleston, and Beth came down from Greenville! On Thursday we got everyone together and kicked off things with a much needed Girls Night and dinner at Polos.

Then, on Friday, we celebrated my papa's birthday at Swamp Guineau in Hartwell, Ga. {if you haven't experienced Swamp Guineau, you should! Best seafood around!} It's my papa's favorite restaurant and since it was Cameron's first experience, we had to take some tourist shots...

Brandon, Ruth, & Logan stayed with us Friday night then we all headed to Lake Secession on Saturday for a day of fun in the sun. We ended the day with BBQ and fireworks with all of our friends. Needless to say, we were so tired on Sunday that we watched not

one, not two, but three movies throughout the day and hardly left the couch!
