This past Thursday was a VERY exciting day for me. For one, I had not been to a Carolina game since 2007 and I've been to just about every home game since 2001 , the year before I started school at Carolina. Second, it was the first time my husband Chad had EVER been to Williams Brice Stadium to see the Gamecocks play {he's a Clemson fan, but I'm trying my best to convert him}. Third, let's just talk about HOW GREAT of a game this was. Our Gamecocks beat #4 ranked Ole Miss and this was a huge {awesome} upset!

Our defense was amazing and the whole stadium was just rockin & swaying cheering them on. Even though it was a Thursday night game, there was so much enthusiasm and sheer joy in the air, it was unbelievable. It was pretty much one of the best games ever...and I'm so thankful we got to go!

My friend Kelly and I wearing Sugar dresses. Both handmade - the garnet one by LK Designs and the black/white I wore is by Ellen & Ollie. Two great lines that are available at my store, so let me know if you're interested in them. The garnet dress also comes in purple/orange for Clemson fans!
Hopefully they will play that well again and beat SC State this Saturday!
