A glimpse at what has been way helpful for this mama of a newborn + toddler lately. Old favorites + new favorites!

First up, an old favorite but I swear now that I'm so sleep-deprived I am using the heck out of it. It's Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser  and it is pretty amazing. Like magic, actually. I not only use it for under eye circles, but also for contouring. It is so easy just to swipe under eyes, on front of forehead, down the top of your nose, and on your chin for a quick contour you can really do every day. Also it's only $6 bucks. Yes, go buy it now.

The next beauty product that has been my saving grace is Amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo. I received a sample in my Birchbox and loved the way it smelled. Didn't realize just HOW much I'd use it until I had the new baby. I have to confess I went three {ok, maybe four...don't judge} days without washing my hair. Eeeeeeeeeh, I mean it took too much energy to dry and straighten this wild, curly mop. My hair doesn't get super oily right away anyways, so this dry shampoo did the trick and helped my dirty hair at least look presentable for when people dropped by the house.

So I realize the bod is never gonna be what it use to be after birthing not one, but TWO babies so that's why looking forward to Fall 2015, I am all about flowy soft tunics that hide all imperfections. Ya feel me? Obsessed with this new navy leopard tunic at Sugar. It's sooooo insanely soft and I feel like I would wear it all the freakin' time. Treat it as a neutral. Sure to be a favorite!

Speaking of comfort and super soft, I have been living in comfy sleeping bras since I've been nursing. I was never one to use these before (ugh, hate a bra period!) but now they're crucial and I've gotten several inexpensive ones from Target and some from Belk.

The hubs has a Yeti cooler and swears by it, then we got my mother-in-law a Yeti cup (bc she's like Si from Duck Dynasty and carries sweet tea with her everywhere. No joke. My hero) and I must say I was skeptical about just how well it kept your drink cold. Well, literally days after having Charlie I realized how much water I would be drinking throughout the day while nursing and all so at Charlie's first doctor appointment Chad ran in the store and got me one to try. MIND. BLOWN. I have no idea how it keeps it so dang cold but it really works. Ice stays in it all day, I just refill with water. I've also tested it out with other beverages...and yes, worth the splurge if you want to keep your "boat drinks" and "beach drinks" super cold in the stifling heat ;)

Emily Ley's notepads, such as My Little One's Day and also the Thank You Notes to Send. I got these on sale during one of her Instagram sales and while not 100% neccessary, they sure are helpful and a nice treat to have. The thank you notes one I plan to use over and over - whether it's recording baby gifts, or for instance to use at kids birthday parties, whatever the occasion may be! It keeps everything super organized.

I use them with these new pens I picked up on Amazon and they. are. amazing.

Love love love the Kiinde bottle warmer. I never used a bottle warmer with Cade, had to heat water in cup in microwave all the time so this has been a game changer.

Also the Kiinde bottles are pretty awesome. You don't even have to clean a bottle, just pop the bag straight in the holder, attach nipple and boom. You can use for breastmilk or even pour formula in them too later on. The nipple was also really slow and best for Charlie those first few times we went to bottle. Even better than Tommee Tippee bottles. I'd definitely recommend.

This darn WubbaNub! One of my sister's super sweet friends gave me this for Charlie. Cade never used one. Ohmygah, the kid is obsessed and how does he know that even when I give him same paci just not on the wubbanub, that it's NOT his wubbanub? He just loves holding the giraffe. So sweet.

So there ya have it. Just a few things helping me keep my sanity!
Any other recs, please forward along. I'd love to hear!
